AUTHOR: tbooty DATE: 4/15/2004 06:44:00 PM ----- BODY: 1. politicians ~ nuff said 2. people who don't have the balls to talk to your face, but have no qualms bitching about you to other people in the office. ~ if you are going to do this, fine. it shows me that you have no balls (so to speak in the case of a female). however, you should really make sure that the people you ARE bitching to about me aren't going to turn around and tell me that you bitched about me. DUH! 3. the aforementioned "stealth" bidders on ebay ~ again, covered this yesterday, although i've almost gotten to the point of "if you can't beat 'em, join 'em 4. stupid people ~ this should be self explanatory. however........the example of the day is the girl at the pharmacy. i know that my prescription copay is $20 for BRAND name medicines. i call today to see if my dr's office has called in my prescription, which i know will be a generic. she says it's ready. great! i'll pick it up on my way home i think to myself. i ask how much it will be, knowing that i have another prescription that i haven't picked up yet and therefore figuring that it should be about $30 or so for both items. she tells me $20, for the one. i get to the window, and lo and behold, it's only $27 as one of the medicines is generic. um, didn't she know that when she looked it up in the computer??? 5. negative people ~ i live in seattle. our baseball team is not doing well right now. ok, that's a MAJOR understatement. they suck ass right now. this does not make me happy, as i am a HUGE fan. however, everyday the morning dj's bemoan the fact that the team isn't doing well. guess what idiot? WE KNOW. THEY KNOW. you don't have to dwell on it. you don't have to keep telling us that they lost AGAIN. unless you've been under a rock the last week and a half, YOU KNOW! get over it. they can only get better! 6. people who can't laugh at themselves ~ you ain't all that and a bag of chips. get over yourself. you're human and you screw up just like the rest of us. and when you screw up, we laugh at you. deal with it, because not only are we going to continue laughing at you, since you take yourself so damn seriously, we're going to constantly point out when you screw up, just to piss you off. and if you don't like it too bad. life's a bitch and so am i. --------
