~went and saw the stepford wives. very funny movie. not ANYTHING like the first one in terms of creepiness. i give it 3 stars (***)

~went to dinner with friends after the aforementioned movie. claim jumper rocks! found out that the accountant for the drugstore i used to work for had her computer stolen so i was advised to put fraud alerts on all of my credit bureaus. luckily for me (i guess it was lucky) because of what i had to deal with last month, it's already been done.

~had quiet time for reading, reading, reading. i read A LOT! i recycle most of my paperbacks by taking them to the used book store and getting store credit so i can get more books. genius, no? the last time i took a grocery bag full of books i got like $60 in credit. it's a disease, i can't help it. just today i bought 4 more books! is there such a thing as reader's anonymous??

~slept in. woo hoo! this is the best. got to talk to one of my bestest buds in the world this morning. that was awesome.

~had beauty time this morning. it was lovely.

~wandered around the antique stores in the little town right next to where i live. didn't buy anything, but did see a few things that might be possibilities for mom's bday next month.

~am going to the baseball game tonight with the parental units. the team is out of town next weekend for father's day, so we're going tonight. should be fun!

~tomorrow you ask? hitting the gym and doing the chores. that's about it. oh, and hopefully watching the lakers lose game 4. oh, and the new news..........i too am having lasik surgery. (we'll i'm going for my appt next friday to see if i am a candidate, but after i told them what my prescription is, i don't think they'll say i'm not a good candidate.) hopefully i won't end up like this: woo hoo! hope all is well with ya'll this weekend! --------
